目前很多高校的软件工程教学偏重于单项开发技能的独立教学,忽略了对学生团队协作能力和职业角色意识的培养,导致了学生知识结构与软件企业的职业需求结构不匹配。基于上述需求,提出了面向软件工程人才深度职业技能培养的TBL教学模式,让学生在职业团队式的软件人才培养过程中深入了解各个软件职业角色,帮助他们准确定位可胜任的职业岗位,有效地提升就业竞争力。
