开发了基于WEB的火力发电厂仿真教学平台，该平台主要包括灯光演示屏与仿真教学软件两部分。介绍了该仿真教学平台及其控制系统的硬件构成和基于flash8．0以动画形式制作的仿真教学软件系统，及该软件在互联网上的发布。指出将该仿真教学软件嵌入VB6．0中，能够在PC机上实现对灯光演示屏实时控制。实践表明，该平台的开发与应用对高校有关专业的课程教学与生产实习有明显的促进作用，对火电厂有关人员的培训也有帮助。

Based on WEB, the platform exploitation of the thermoelectric power plant simulation teaching is introduced. The platform includes two parts： one is the lighted demonstration board and the other is the simulation teaching software. The construction of the simulation teaching platform and the control system is presented at first, the simulation teaching software system based on Macromedia Flash 8.0, and how to pack the software and send it on the Interuet are also introduced.
