在50多年中,中国的对外经济技术援助工作经历了三个阶段,形成了各自的特点.三个阶段的特点既有相同的方面,又表现出一定的差异,带有鲜明的时代色彩.文章扼要地分析了50多年来中国对经济技术援助工作积累的成功经验,及其一度出现某些偏差的原因,对今后的援外工作具有重要指导意义.

The work of China's economical & technical assistance to foreign countries has gone through three phases during 50 years or more.
