Normal dynamic mechanical characteristics of the jointed rock mass are of great significance for studying the working state of rock mass with nonpersistent joint. In this paper, combined with the joint normal deformation theory, the rock-like materials with penetration along different normal directions were analyzed under impact tests of different weights and heights.
