Heat transfer coefficient is an important parameter in a nuclear reactor. To study the heat transfer coefficient between molten salt and graphite of reactor core and that between molten salt and coolant of heat exchanger, a state space model for LMSR primary system is established first. Then, based on Internal Model Control Theory, the LMSR core power control system is designed whose control parameters are optimized by the quantum genetic algorithm, and the simulation research of the control system is carried out.
