目的 了解湖南省桂阳县郊区6～7岁儿童生长发育状况.方法 采用整群抽样方法,以桂阳县郊区两所小学一年级6～7岁儿童为调查对象,分别测量儿童的体重、身高、坐高、胸围、上臂围等指标.参照2005中国9市现状标准,利用均数标准差法进行生长发育评价,同时对所测数据使用年龄别体重(WAZ)、年龄别身高(HAZ)、身高别体重(WHZ)3种指标进行Z评分法评价.结果 桂阳县郊区6～7岁儿童的身高、坐高、体重、胸围低于2005中国9市城郊同龄同性别儿童发育水平,差异有统计学意义(均P＜0.05);WAZ、HAZ、WHZ 3项指标均在-1～1者为47.81％,WAZ-1 ～1为80.88％,-2～-1为9.56％;HAZ-1～1为66.53％,-2 ～-1为21.51％,＜-2为...

Objective To understand the status of growth and development of the suburban children in Guiyang coun- ty.
