目的观察骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折(osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture,OVCF)患者反复多次发生椎体压缩性骨折的临床特征,探究反复椎体压缩性骨折的危险因素。方法对2015年1月至2020年12月,岳阳市人民医院收治的1 510例OVCF患者的临床资料进行回顾性研究,其中3次及以上OVCF患者55例,单次OVCF 1 394例,余为二次骨折。从1 394例单次OVCF患者中随机选取116例作为对照。从性别、体质量指数、初次骨折发生时间、初次骨折伤椎数量、多次骨折发生的间隔时间、骨密度、不同次骨折好发椎体、初次骨折行经皮椎体成形术(percutaneous vertebroplasty, PVP)治疗等多个维度进行归纳分析,采用Logis...
