目的 探讨应用延续护理对青年维持性血液透析患者自我管理能力的影响.方法 对40例15～44岁青年维持性血液透析患者进行6个月的延续护理干预.干预前及干预6个月后,采用维持性血液透析患者自我管理行为问卷评估患者的自我管理行为状况.结果 干预后,青年维持性血液透析患者自我管理行为总分及各维度得分均高于干预前,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论 为青年维持性血液透析患者提供延续护理,有利于提高患者的自我管理能力.

Objective To investigate the effect of continuing care on self-management ability of young patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis. Methods A total of 40 patients aged 15- 44 years old were received continuing care during maintenance hemodialysis treatment. All patients were investigated by the Self-management Behavior Scale before and 6 months after the intervention.
