企业间的差距形成,存在一种动力学过程.企业的行为、结构和构造要素是导致差距的外显性因素;企业能力与组织流程是扩大差距的内隐性变量;企业间知识分布的状态是形成差距的基因.我国西部企业需要提升企业能力,进行流程再造,以增强企业竞争力.

There exists dynamics in the process of forming gaps among enterprises. The behavior and structure of an enterprise are the extraneous factors leading to gaps; the enterprise ability and the arrangement process are endogenous variation broadening the gaps; the state of knowledge distribution among enterprises is the gene leading to the gaps.
