目的 探讨Raf激酶抑制蛋白(RKIP)、P27蛋白在鼻咽癌组织中的表达及与鼻咽癌发生、发展的关系.方法 选取2012年3月—2016年1月南华大学附属第一医院病理科收集的鼻咽癌黏膜组织76例(病例组)和正常鼻咽组织30例(对照组),采用免疫组织化学检测两组标本中的RKIP、P27蛋白表达水平,并分析RKIP、P27蛋白与鼻咽癌发生、发展的关系.结果 两组RKIP蛋白和P27蛋白阳性表达率比较,差异有统计学意义(P
