目的 观察超声检查、癌抗原15-3(cancerantigen15-3,CA15-3)和癌胚抗原(carcinoembryonic antigen,CEA)联合检测对乳腺癌诊断的价值.方法 分别选择40例乳腺癌和乳腺良性肿瘤患者以及健康体检妇女作为乳腺癌组、乳腺良性肿瘤组和正常对照组.采用化学发光免疫法检测其血清CA15-3和CEA水平,患者于术前以及健康体检妇女均经高频彩色多普勒超声检查乳腺情况.结果 乳腺癌患者血清中CA15-3和CEA水平显著高于正常对照组和乳腺良性肿瘤组(均P ＜0.05).超声检测和血清中CA15-3和CEA水平检测对乳腺癌的敏感性分别为70.0％、80.0％和75.0％.CA15-3+CEA+超声联合检测的敏感性为92.5％,CA15-3+CEA+超声联合检测...

[Objective ] To explore the clinical significance of ultrasound combined with serum levels of CA15-3 and CEA in the diagnosis of breast cancer.
