[ Objective ] To explore the protective effect and mechanism of metallothionein to mice testis damaged by nickel and chromium. [Methods] The mice testis injury model induced by nickel and chromium was injected different dose metallothionein into abdomen for consecutive 7 days, once a day and 0.1 mL/10 g body weight.
