Surgical treatment of pulmonary aspergilloma： 11 cases

目的 总结肺曲霉菌病的外科治疗经验.方法 回顾分析11例采用外科手术治疗的肺曲霉菌病的临床资料和随访结果.结果 全组11例中,仅3例无原发病,8例有原发病,术前诊断符合率为27.3%,全组无手术死亡.随访4个月～4年无肺曲霉病复发和播散.结论 手术治疗肺曲霉菌病能消除症状,预防咯血复发.可延长患者生命,一旦确诊应积极手术治疗.

[Objective] The purpose of this study was to report the results of surgical treatment of pulmonary aspergilloma in 1 lconsecutive patients using surgical treatment. [Methods] Preoperative studies also included pulmonary function tests for all patients. Surgical intervention was systematic, for treatment or diagnostic purposes. [Results] Between 2000 and 2006, our thoracic surgery department saw 11 cases of pulmonary aspergiUoma.
