目前，对企业多元化动因解释的论述众多。可以将这些论述归为两大类：内因论和内外因结合论，前者包括资源能力理论、市场势力理论和代理理论，后者包括安索夫的理论、交易成本理论、瑞德一拉夫曼和庄责军的理论。对这些理论分别进行比较分析，能够为企业多元化实践捷供新的思路。
