为解决传统密闭容器料位传感器无法对多相物料料位进行监测的难题,提出了一种新型密闭容器多相物料料位监测装置的设计方案。采用接触式测量(LED发光标尺)与非接触式测量(雷达料位计)相结合的监测方式实现对多相物料料位进行监测。该种监测方式可简化监测过程,提高监测的可靠性。带清洗轮的密闭容器多相物料料位监测装置的使用在保证容器密封的同时提高了多相物料料位监测质量。利用ANSYS Workbench软件对监测装置的关键零部件清洗轮骨架进行了力学分析,验证了清洗轮骨架的设计尺寸满足使用要求。

In order to solve the problem that the traditional level sensor can not monitor the material position of the multiple material,a new design scheme of the multiple material position monitoring device for the closed container is put forward.The monitoring device is composed of the LED luminescent scale and radar material level meter.The monitoring method can simplify the monitoring process and improve the reliability of monitoring.The monitoring device with cleaning wheel can not only ensure the sealing of the container,but also improve the monitoring quality.Mechanical analysis of the cleaning ...
