目的 探讨老年人2型糖尿病患病的危险因素,为老年人2型糖尿病的防治提供科学依据.方法 于2017年6—10月采用病例对照的研究方法,从湖南省人民医院内分泌科选取100例老年2型糖尿病患者作为病例组,同院内选取100例老年非糖尿病患者作为对照组,进行问卷调查、体格检查及实验室检测.收集调查对象的指标包括性别、年龄、文化程度、吸烟情况、饮酒情况、身高、体重、体质指数(BMI)、同型半胱氨酸(HCY)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Cr)、尿酸(UA)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、空腹血糖(FBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)及餐后血糖(PBG).结果 病例组男性...
