Cs2LiYCl6:Ce3+ (CLYC) is one of the most ideal scintillators for n/γ detection. Compact CLYC detectors with SiPM array readout have wide-spreading interests recently. In this study, we evaluated the pulse shape discrimination (PSD) of a 2-inch CLYC crystal coupled with SiPM array and digitized by a dedicated PSD circuit board. Energy resolution and figure of merit (FOM) were obtained and compared in different detector configurations also with PMT and commercial waveform digitizing circuit.
