This study systematically investigated the antioxidant activities and phytochemical profiles of petroleum ether (PE), ethyl acetate (EtOAc), n-butanol (n-BuOH) and aqueous fractions of edible (tubers) and non-edible portions (peels) of Pachyrhizus erosus.
