In this study, Immobilized Saccharomyces Cerevisiae (ISC) was prepared through sodium alginate embedding gelatin method after the dry cells had been cross-linked by formaldehyde. The influences of solution pH, initial U(VI) concentration, and contact time on U(VI) biosorption were studied.
