目的 探讨乳腺癌术后初期患者心理痛苦状况及其影响因素,为临床决策的制订提供依据.方法 采用自设的一般资料调查问卷和心理痛苦温度计对2018年4月至8月在湖南省3所三甲医院乳腺和甲状腺外科193例术后初期的乳腺癌患者进行调查.结果 乳腺癌治疗初期患者心理痛苦得分为(4.47±1.41)分,心理痛苦≥4分的患者占74.1％,问题列表中最常报告令患者感到心理痛苦的问题是担忧(63.7％).Logistic回归分析显示,患者年龄和手术类型是保护因素(均P
