从竞争情报(CI)与柔性组织的关系出发,以企业发展竞争情报为基点,把竞争情报的激发因素分为信息技术、竞争情报组织、竞争情报系统(CIS)、企业战略联盟、学习型组织五个方面.在此基础上构建竞争情报推动企业柔性组织变革的激发模型,并且对这些因素在推动企业柔性组织结构变革过程中所起的作用进行了详细的论述.
