目的 监测长沙市市售生鲜食品中主要类雌激素(ECs)的含量,分析不同ECs含量间的关联及其在食品种类间的分布特点,为食品中ECs污染的溯源及危害控制提供基础.方法 采用分层抽样方法收集食品样品172份,样品经预处理后用LC-MS/MS法同步检测壬基酚、双酚A、炔雌醇和雌二醇的含量.运用Spearman相关性分析探讨不同ECs含量间的关联,运用对应分析法探索不同ECs在各类食品中的倾向性污染特点.结果 各类食品均有不同程度的目标ECs检出,172份样品的ECs检出率顺序为壬基酚94.8％(163/172)＞双酚A 84.3％(145/172)＞雌二醇78.5％(135/172)＞炔雌醇56.4％ (97/172),其中在蔬菜中的含量最高.此外,Spearman相关及...
