Nucleolin is a multifunctional protein and participates in many important biological processes. Our previous study found that nucleolin protects the heart against myocardial ischemia–reperfusion injury. In this study, we aimed to investigate the role of nucleolin in doxorubicin (DOX)‐induced cardiotoxicity.
