The tumor cells of mouse histocyte type lymphoma (L II ) were transplanted into the right hind footpads of inbred 615-strain mice. Once bearing the tumor, all the mice killed by exsanguination. In order to understand the changes of red blood cell immunology, blood was taken from the vein of the mice eyes to detect the blood cell C3b receptor ratio (RBC-C3b RR), red blood cell immune complex ratio (RBC-ICR). The results of the thesis suggest that the relationship between the invasion and metastasis may be closely related with the immune attraction function of red blood cells. Thus the measureme...
