[目的]了解护士职业获益感现状,分析其影响因素,为护理人力资源管理及开展提升职业获益感水平的干预研究提供有价值依据。[方法]便利选取河北省保定市3所三级甲等医院的783名临床护士,采用一般资料调查表、护理专业自我概念量表及护士职业获益感问卷进行调查。[结果]护士职业获益感总分为(127.99±18.68)分,护士专业自我概念总分为(82.45±9.89)分。不同年龄、婚姻状况、目前学历、职务、职称、工作年限及月收入的护士职业获益感得分比较,差异有统计学意义(均P
