Study on correlation between psychological resilience and coping styles of colorectal cancer patients＇caregivers

[目的]探讨大肠癌病人照顾者心理弹性与应对方式现状及其相关性.[方法]选择大肠癌病人照顾者84人,采用中文版心理弹性量表、简易应对方式问卷进行调查,了解其心理弹性和应对方式状况.[结果]照顾者心理弹性得分为54.02分＆#177;16.51分,与积极应对呈正相关（r=0.459,P＜0.01）,与消极应对呈负相关（r=-0.351,P＜0.05）.[结论]大肠癌病人照顾者心理弹性处于中等水平,与应对方式存在相关性,临床工作中应关注照顾者的心理状态,帮助他们采取有效的应对方式.

Objective： To probe into status quo of psychological resilience and coping style of caregivers of patients with colorectal cancer and correla- tion between them.
