Pot experiments were conducted to investigate the enhancement on drought resistance and uranium bioaccumulation abilities of Macleaya cordata inoculated with Pseudomonas fluorescens, Pseudomonas chlororaphis subsp. aurantiaca and both of them, respectively. It was found that, under drought stress, the biomasses of Macleaya cordata inoculated with Pseudomonas fluorescens, Pseudomonas chlororaphis subsp. aurantiaca and both of them, respectively increased by 35.03%, 21.01% and 17.33%, respectively; the relative water contents increased by 26.90%,...
