目的 在甲基硝基亚硝基胍（ＭＮＮＧ）诱发大胃腺癌及癌前病变的过程中，观察血Ｔｃｈ，ＬＤＬ，ＨＤＬ的变化及大蒜和大蒜绿茶合剂的方法。方法 采用血清ＨＤＬ和ＬＤＬ聚乙二醇深沉分离同步测定法，检测正常对照组（ＮＧ）１０只，ＭＮＮＧ（ＭＧ）３０只，预防组（ＰＧ）３０只，治疗Ⅰ组（ＴＧⅠ）２０只和治疗Ⅱ组（ＴＧⅡ）２０只血Ｔｃｈ，ＬＤＬ，ＨＤＬ（＾－ｘ±ｓ）（ｇ／Ｌ）。结果 各组Ｔｃｈ，ＬＤＬ，ＭＧ（６．８
