目的了解乳腺癌患者心理资本、知觉压力及癌症复发恐惧现状,探讨心理资本在乳腺癌患者知觉压力及癌症复发恐惧间的作用机制,为促进乳腺癌患者心理健康提供参考。方法采用一般情况调查表、积极心理资本问卷、中文版知觉压力量表及恐惧疾病进展简化量表,对271例乳腺癌患者进行问卷调查。结果乳腺癌患者心理资本总分(110.40±19.48)分,知觉压力总分(42.49±8.22)分,癌症复发恐惧总分(30.72±8.30)分。知觉压力、癌症复发恐惧与心理资本呈负相关,知觉压力与癌症复发恐惧呈正相关(均P
