Objective To identify the relationship between work flow and job performance among nurses.Methods A total of 425 nurses were selected by convenience sampling and investigated using the Nurse's Work Performance Scale and Work-related Flow inventory.Results Nurses scored 4.11 ±0.56 on flow at work and 4.15±0.61 on job performance.There was a positive correlation between job performance and work flow (r=0.706,P<0.01) ;experience,work,action,and oneself were predictors of job performance (P<0.01 for all).Conclusion Job performance of nurse...
