法学实践教学是培养高素质法律人才的重要环节.建构科学合理法学实践课程体系是法学实践教学改革重要内容,是实现提高法学实践教学质量、提升法学生法律职业能力有效路径.围绕高素质法律人才培养目标,改进现有实践课程设置,依据目标明确、结构系统、多元递进原则,建构专业基础能力、认知实践、仿真实践、实战实践四个法学实践课程群或课程模块,形成法学实践课程体系.
