Reliability and validity of risk assessment scale for surgical wound infection

[目的]检验手术切口感染风险评估量表的信度及效度。[方法]采用手术切口感染风险评估量表对2017年5月—7月湖南省某三级甲等医院的232例手术病人进行调查,测定量表信效度。[结果]量表Cronbach＇sα系数为0.914,分半信度为0.823,内容效度指标为0.950。通过探索性因子分析析出4个维度,累计方差贡献率为80.913%。[结论]手术切口感染风险评估量表有良好的信效度,可用于手术病人切口感染风险的评价。
