Investigation on current situation of early sucking of hospitalized neonates in urban areas of Hengyang city and analysis on related influencing factors

目的:了解衡阳市城区住院分娩儿早吸吮现况及相关影响因素.方法:在衡阳市城区各综合性医院及妇幼保健院对部分住院分娩儿进行母乳喂养早吸吮和首次吸吮时间延后相关影响因素进行问卷调查；并采用卡方检验和单因素分析对获得的数据进行处理与分析.结果:衡阳市城区住院分娩儿母乳喂养率为76.59％,早吸吮率为10.6％；进行早吸吮的婴儿中母乳喂养率为96.67％,而未进行早吸吮的婴儿母乳喂养率为74.3％,两者比较差异有统计学意义(x2=7.76,OR=10.00).产妇及其家属对早吸吮相关知识的正确掌握(x2 =0.319,P=0.000)及获得医护人员帮助(x2=0.319,P=0.000)与早吸吮率高低有明显相关性.结论:衡阳市城区住院分...

Objective： To understand the situation of early sucking of infants at present in Hengyang city and the influencing fac- tors.
