Survey of dust mites breeding on bedding in dorms of a university

目的 了解湖南某高校在校医学生宿舍寝具尘螨孳生情况. 方法 2015年6月上旬,运用透明胶纸法查某院校280名学生寝具上的尘螨,共采集样本960件,显微镜检查计数,运用SPSS 17.0软件进行统计学分析.结果 女生宿舍寝具尘螨检出率为73.19％(437/597),男生寝具检出率为76.86％(279/363),差异无统计学意义(P＞0.1);男生寝具平均尘螨密度(7.43±0.27)只/cm2,女生寝具则为(7.61±0.60)只/cm2,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).经常洗晒寝具检出率为69.57％(48/69),不常洗晒寝具检出率为70.75％(104/147),差异无统计学意义(P＞0.75);常洗晒寝具平均螨密度(3.01±0.74)只/cm2,不常洗晒寝具为(3.28±0.52)只 /cm2,差...

Objective To understand the growth and distribution of dust mites on bedding in dorms of a university. Methods A total of 960 samples from some bedding in the dorms of a university were collected with the adhesivetape technique in June（plum rainy season）, 2015, and the slides were observed with microscopy and the dust mites were counted.
