Analysis of the present situation and influencing factors of the professional willingness of pediatrics in nursing undergraduates

目的 了解护理本科生儿科护理专业从业意愿的现状及其影响因素,为儿科护理专业人才的培养提供参考依据. 方法 采 用一般资料问卷及儿科专业从业意愿问卷对230名护理本科生进行调查研究. 结果 护理本科生儿科专业从业意愿得分为（3.67±0.17）分,就业和成长经历是影响护理本科生儿科专业从业意愿的主要因素. 结论 大多数护理本科生对儿科护理专业的知识和技能认知率低,其专业从业意愿有待提高.

Objective To understand the status and influencing factors of the pediatric nursing professional willingness of undergraduate students,and provide reference for the cultivation of pediatric nursing professionals. Methods A Total of 230 nursing undergraduates were investigated using the General Information Questionnaire and the Pediatric Professional Willingness to Work.
