目的 调查职业院校护生主观职业障碍现状及其影响因素.方法 采用一般资料调查表和大学生主观职业障碍问卷对325名职业院校护生进行调查.结果 职业院校护生主观职业障碍总均分为(2.36±0.33)分;参加社会活动情况、学习成绩、对护理专业的态度、家庭人均月收入是影响职业院校护生主观职业障碍的主要影响因素.结论 护理教育者应根据职业院校护生主观职业障碍的特点,适应性地提供就业指导与服务,做好职业生涯规划教育,使其顺利就业.

Objective To investigate the level and influencing factors of perceived career barriers among vocational nursing students. Methods A total of 325 vocational nursing students were investigated with general information questionnaire and perceived career barriers questionnaire. Results The mean total score of perceived career barriers was （ 2.36 ± 0.33 ）.
