Objective To investigate the protective effect of human Apolipoprotein-I(ApoA-I) on the acute hepatic injury induced by lipopolysaccharide in mice.Methods The mouse model with acute hepatic damage was established by endotoxin and galactosamine.The histological alterations of the liver organs were observed.The mRNA expressions of CD14 were detected by RT-PCR.Results Extensive degeneration and necrosis of the hepatocytes were found in the control group,however,slight degeneration and necrosis of the hepatocytes occurred in the ApoA-I-treated group.The mRNA expression levels of CD14 in the liver ...
