Taken the following three elements--competitors, competitive environment and competitive tactics of sports competitive intelligence into consideration of the analysis, this paper collects and investigates all previous game results of CUBA. The study shows that the layout of competitive basketball strength in Chinese universities can be divided into 5 ranks, with 41 men＇s and women＇s universities basketball teams ranking the top 8 in 13-time CUBA since 1998.
