研究生课程思政与思政课程的协同发展，是研究生教育“立德树人”培养目标的必然要求，二者只有协同才能达到最佳的教育效果。但二者的协同发展存在教学内容融合难度增加、教师沟通不足、学生兴趣降低和管理机构支持力度不够的困境。实现二者协同发展需要端正师生观念，激发内生动力；建立交流机制，畅通沟通渠道；争取政策支持，创造良好环境；深挖思政元素，推进内容融合，完成协同发展的关键步骤与重点任务。
