Within the framework of the Einstein-Maxwell-dilaton model, which incorporates information on the equation of state and baryon number susceptibility from lattice results, we have conducted a comprehensive analysis of the potential energy, running coupling, and dissociation time for heavy-quark-antiquark pairs using gauge/gravity duality. This study encompasses various systems, including pure gluon systems, 2-flavor systems, 2 + 1-flavor systems, and 2 + 1 + 1-flavor systems under finite temperature and chemical potential.
