Based on an equivalent resistance-capacitance network, the complex conductivity and the relative complex permittivity of single wall carbon nanotubes (SWNTs)/polymer composite are theoretically investigated in the frequency range of 0.30-18 GHz using the logarithmic rule. Both the real and imaginary parts of the permittivities of SWNTs and polymer are considered in detail.
