人们的审美意识(对于"美"、"丑"、"悲"、"喜"等等的意识)本身是一种意识形态,此即审美意识形态,审美意识形态与政治意识形态、道德意识形态、哲学意识形态、宗教意识形态等等其他具体的意识形态在社会结构中处于并列位置.文学不是"一种"意识形态,而是"全方位"性的意识形态,是各种意识形态的集中表现形式,是政治、道德、哲学、宗教、审美等这些意识形态的交汇、出入之所,同时,文学还是非意识形态性的社会意识--科学意识的一种表现形式,文学是意识形态与非意识形态场.从以上观点来衡量,文学的"审美意识形态论"既具有非科学性,又具有非合理性.

The aestheticism in regard to beauty, ugliness, tragedy, and joy is by itself a form of aesthetic ideology. It stands together with political, ethic, philosophical, and religious ideologies.
