目的 调查社区老年高血压病人自我感受负担和自我管理行为的现状,并探讨两者之间的相关性. 方法 采用自我感受负担量表和自我管理行为量表对衡阳市220例社区老年高血压病人进行问卷调查.对自我感受负担得分和自我管理行为得分进行相关性分析. 结果 社区老年高血压病人自我感受负担得分为(30.49±9.94)分,处于中度负担水平,自我管理行为得分为(71.52±8.17)分,处于中等水平,两者总分及各维度之间均呈负相关(P＜0.05).结论 社区老年高血压病人自我感受负担与自我管理行为均处于中等水平,且具有显著的相关性.医护人员应采取有针对性的干预措施来提高病人的自我管理能力,以减轻其自我感受负担水平,改...

Objective To investigate the status of self-perceived burden and self-management behavior among the elderly patients with hypertension in community and to analyze the correlation between them.
