TX Clinical　significance　of　ambulatory　blood　pressure　load　in　the　elderly

目的探讨老年动态血压负荷的特点，以及与高血压分期和靶器官损伤的关系。方法应用无创性便携式动态血压监测系统，记录老年正常血压组（１６例），高血压Ⅰ期组（２５例）、Ⅱ期组（３４例）、Ⅲ期组（２７例）患者２４小时血压负荷值。数据用均数±标准差表示，各组间采用两两比较的ｔ检验。结果高血压Ⅰ期组与正常组比较，２４小时及昼夜血压负荷存在非常显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．００１）；高血压Ⅱ期组与Ⅰ期组比较，２４小时血压负荷明显增加（Ｐ＜０．００１），昼夜节律消失。高血压Ⅲ期组与Ⅱ期组比较，２４小时收缩压负荷存在显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．００１），昼夜节律消失，血压负荷集中分...
