Forties female students, who were selected from the senior students in Nursing School of Nanhua University, were divided randomly into control group, test groupl, test group2 and test group3. The test groups played Taijiquan exercise once, twice or more times every week respectively. IgG, IgM, IgA quantities in sera of every student were detected before and after the exercise. The IgG quantity of students in contrast group and in test groups taking once or twice Taijiquan exercise every week was higher and showed obvious differences in the tenth and the twelfth week（P〈 0.05）. It was revealed that moderated Taijiquan exercise could improve the students＇s IgG and strengthen their humoral immune response.
