There are very few research achievements about the effect of aggregate density variation on the properties of asphalt mixture. In this paper, it was studied by testing in the laboratory at the same gradation and the same asphalt aggregate ratio. The results showed that, as aggregate gradation, water absorption, asphalt aggregate ratio remain unchanged, the coarse aggregate density increases, percentage of voids decrease accordingly.
