This study investigated the MicroRNA expression profile during the differentiation from 3T3-L1 preadipocytes into adipocytes by miRNAs microarray analysis. We found both 3T3-L1 preadipocytes and adipocytes express 331 miRNAs. In adipocyte, 26 miRNAs were upregulated and 2 miRNAs were downregulated compared to 3T3-L1 preadipocytes.
