In order to measure complex enclosed inner cavity, a geometric measure method with robust statistics and region-scalable fitting model based on industrial CT(Computed Tomography) is presented to measure volume and surface area of enclosed inner cavity. In this method, the two-dimensional robust statistics and region-scalable fitting model was used to extract the target edge of images.
