The YTH domain protein family regulates innate and adaptive immunity through regulating multiple immune cells and plays a role in anti‐tumour immunity. The YTH domain protein family influences the tumour immune microenvironment by targeting YAP and metabolic mechanisms, promoting immune escape and metastasis.
