In this paper,a finite element model of two-dimensional(2D)orthogonal cutting of high speed cutting Ti6A14V was established based on ABAQUS finite element analysis software.The simulation of the high-speed machining investigated the influences on cutting force,cutting force fluctuation frequency and serrated cutting shape that caused by cutting speed and cutting depth.The result shows that cutting force tends to be stable in the range of 90 m/min to 360 m/min,and will increase with the increase of cutting speed.Meanwhile,the fluctuation frequency of cutting force will decrease with the increas...
